Hi, I’m Mindy Paredes, founder of Magnolia Constants Group. I’m a lifelong entrepreneur, business builder, and problem solver with a passion for helping other business owners succeed.

My husband and I have owned and operated several businesses over the years, so I understand firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up — the late nights, the growing pains, and the joy that comes with watching your hard work pay off.

We live in Covington, Louisiana, where we’re raising our three wonderful children and continuing to grow our family’s entrepreneurial legacy. Magnolia Constants Group was born out of my desire to share the knowledge, tools, and systems that I’ve learned along the way — so other business owners can skip the overwhelm and get straight to growth.
